Common use of Operational Date Clause in Contracts

Operational Date. The Partners recognize that the date when Cellular Service can first be offered to the public depends upon the time required to obtain cellular licenses for providing such Cellular Service and other federal, state and local approvals, the time required to organize any necessary proposed affiliated companies and to vest them with appropriate authority to provide Cellular Service, and the time required to construct and test the cellular system taking into account the General Partner's construction schedule and the cellular system manufacturer's schedule.
