Common use of Operational Documentation Clause in Contracts

Operational Documentation.  Mine clearance log. This will be an electronic plan of the task site showing what areas have been released and/or cleared and where mines and UXO have been found. It will be updated daily.  Demolition log. This will account for all explosive items found during clearance. It will contain at least the following information: o Items destroyed. o Position of demolition. o Date and time. o Name of person in charge of the demolition. o Amount of explosives used. o Comments (high order, deflagration, mis-fire, „kick-out‟ etc). o Weather conditions.
