Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Agreement, we may give notices regarding the MCE Service to you by means of a general notice posted on the log-in page of the MCE Service. Such notices will be deemed to have been given the first time you (or any of your Named Users) log in to the MCE Service after the notice has been posted.
