Common use of Operational Notices Clause in Contracts

Operational Notices. If Customer has any technical problems with ------------------- Customer's Equipment, Customer's signal(s) or the Services, Customer may call the Primary Teleport at ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ or ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ or the Secondary Teleport at ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ or ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ on a 24 x 7 basis. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will communicate with Customer as promptly as possible regarding any technical problems with Customer's Equipment, Customer's signal(s) or the Services. For purposes of these communications from ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Customer agrees that ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ should contact the operational contacts of Customer, in the order listed in Exhibit B hereto. Customer shall update its list of Operational Contacts with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ as needed. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall not be responsible for any Interruptions or other technical problems with Customer's Equipment, Customer's signal(s) or the Services in the event that ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ has attempted to communicate with Customer's Operational Contacts according to the information provided by Customer to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ is unable to establish communications with them.
