Common use of Operational Reports Clause in Contracts

Operational Reports. Manager shall prepare monthly operating reports in the format of, and including the information set forth in, SCHEDULE 14.2. The monthly operations reports shall include (i) unaudited balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, (ii) other operating data, and (iii) a reasonably detailed summary of all payments to Manager of any nature during the prior month.
