Operational Responsibilities. NWMT shall continue to serve as the path operator for the Montana-to-Northwest Path and is the transmission operator and balancing authority within and on the east side of the Interface. AVAT and BPAT shall continue to serve as transmission operators and balancing authorities on the west side of the Interface.
