Operational Targets Sample Clauses

The Operational Targets clause sets specific performance benchmarks or objectives that a party must achieve during the course of an agreement. These targets may include metrics such as production volumes, service levels, response times, or quality standards, and are often measured periodically to ensure ongoing compliance. By clearly defining these expectations, the clause helps both parties monitor performance, address underperformance proactively, and ensure that the agreement delivers the intended results.
