Commercial Use Use of the Licensed Materials for the purposes of monetary reward by means of sale, resale, loan, transfer, hire, or other form of commerce. For the avoidance of doubt, neither recovery of direct costs exclusive of the Fee by any Member from Authorized Users, nor use by the Licensee or Authorized Users of the Licensed Materials in the course of research funded by a commercial organization, nor the payment of a fee by a person in order to be registered with the Member, is deemed to constitute Commercial Use.
Use of the Name BlackRock The Advisor has consented to the use by the Fund of the name or identifying word “BlackRock” in the name of the Fund. Such consent is conditioned upon the employment of the Advisor as the investment advisor to the Fund. The name or identifying word “BlackRock” may be used from time to time in other connections and for other purposes by the Advisor and any of its affiliates. The Advisor may require the Fund to cease using “BlackRock” in the name of the Fund if the Fund ceases to employ, for any reason, the Advisor, any successor thereto or any affiliate thereof as investment advisor of the Fund.
International Users The Service is controlled, operated and administered by the Company from our offices within the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use the Company Content accessed through the Website in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or regulations.
Use of FIIOC’s and FSC's Name The Trust shall not use the name of FIIOC and FSC in any Prospectus, sales literature or other material relating to the Trust or any Fund of the Trust in a manner not consented to by FIIOC and FSC prior to use; provided, however, that FIIOC and FSC shall approve all uses of its name which merely refer in accurate terms to its appointments, duties or fees hereunder or which are required by the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC" or “Commission”) or a state securities commission; and further, provided that in no event shall such approval be unreasonably withheld.
