Common use of Operational Clause in Contracts

Operational. All expenses for running and operating all machines equipments and installations comprised in the Common Areas and Installations (including, Lifts, Water Pump with Motor, Generator, Fire Fighting Equipments and accessories, CCTV, Security Systems, Deep Tube Well, Equipments and accessories in or for the Residents’ Club or the air-conditioned hall etc., if and as applicable) and also the costs of repairing, renovating and replacing the same.

Operational. All expenses for running and operating all machines equipments and installations comprised in In the Common Areas and Installations (including, Lifts, Water Pump with Motor, Generator, Fire Fighting Equipments and accessories, CCTV, Security Systems, Deep Tube Well, Equipments and accessories in or for the Residents’ Club or the air-conditioned hall etc., if and as applicable) and also the costs of repairing, renovating and replacing the same including the costs/charges incurred/to be incurred for entering into “Annual Maintenance Contracts” or other periodic maintenance contracts for the same.

All expenses for running and operating all machines equipments and installations comprised in the Common Areas and Installations (including, Lifts, Water Pump with Motor, Generator, Fire Fighting Equipments and accessories, CCTV, Security Systems, Deep Tube Well, Equipments and accessories in or for the Residents’ Club or the air-conditioned hall Well etc., if and as applicable) and also the costs of repairing, renovating and replacing the same and also including the costs/charges incurred/to be incurred for nattering into "Annual Maintenance Contracts" or other periodic maintenance contracts for .the same.

All expenses for running and operating all machines equipments and installations comprised in the Common Areas and Installations (including, Lifts, Water Pump with Motor, Generator, Fire Fighting Equipments and accessories, CCTV, Security Systems, Deep Tube Well, Equipments and accessories in or for the Residents’ Club entertainment / fitness areas or the air-conditioned hall etc., if and as applicable) and also the costs of repairing, renovating and replacing the same.

All expenses for running and operating all machines equipments and installations comprised in the Common Areas and Installations (including, Lifts, Water Pump with Motor, Generator, Fire Fighting Equipments and accessories, CCTV, Security Systems, Deep Tube Well, Equipments Equipments, Solar Panels, and accessories in or for the Residents’ Club entertainment / fitness areas or the air-air- conditioned hall etc., if and as applicable) and also the costs of repairing, renovating and replacing the same.

All expenses for running and operating all machines equipments machines, equipment and installations comprised in the Common Areas and Installations (includingincluding lifts, Liftsgenerators, Water Pump water pumps with Motormotors, Generatorfire-fighting equipment, Fire Fighting Equipments and accessories, CCTV, Security Systems, Deep Tube Well, Equipments and accessories in or for the Residents’ Club or the air-conditioned hall condition machines installed in common areas and areas of amenities, Gym equipment, etc., if and as applicable) and also the costs of repairing, renovating and replacing the samesame and amount payable for having annual maintenance contracts and license fees for various aforesaid items. Cost of all licenses and no objection certificates to be obtained from various authorities and/or the Government Departments for activities of the buildings.
