Operations and Maintenance Building. The project will include an O&M building that will consist of a single-story structure with office space, warehousing space, a bathroom, and breakroom facilities. The O&M building will be up to 4,500 square feet in size on an approximately 1-acre area including an on-site 10,00 square-foot graveled parking area for employees and visitors (approximately 10 parking spaces) and an open staging area.
