Common use of Operations in Ordinary Course Clause in Contracts

Operations in Ordinary Course. Lessee shall engage only in transactions or other activities with respect to the Facilities which are in the ordinary course of its business and shall perform all maintenance and repairs reasonably necessary to keep the Facilities in satisfactory operating condition and repair;
