Operations & Maintenance. The Grantee shall maintain and operate the facility and structures constructed or improved as part of the project throughout the term of this Agreement, consistent with the purposes for which this Grant was made. The Grantee assumes all operations and maintenance costs of the facilities and structures; the State Water Board shall not be liable for any cost of such maintenance, management or operation.
