Common use of Operations of the Borrower Clause in Contracts

Operations of the Borrower. (a). The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project with due diligence and efficiency and conduct its operations and affairs in accordance with sound financial, economic, and administrative standards with qualified management and personnel, and in accordance with the SIDBI Act.

Operations of the Borrower. (a). The Borrower declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project with due diligence and efficiency and conduct its operations and affairs in accordance conformity with sound appropriate administrative, financial, economicengineering, environmental and utilities practices, and administrative standards with qualified management shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and personnel, and in accordance with other resources required for the SIDBI ActProject.
