The Company has registered each Domain Name listed on Schedule 2.26 for the periods set forth on Schedule 2.26. The Company's web site (▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇) (the "Web Site") is commercially operational, and has performed, for the six-month period prior to the date of this Agreement. The Company has used commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that customers or clients of the Company will not be adversely affected by a failure or disruption of any of the computer networks or the Web Site of the Company.
