Common use of Operations Planning Clause in Contracts

Operations Planning. The Parties agree to plan the production under each Supply Agreement in accordance with the following principles: 1. On October 1 of each year during the term of each Supply Agreement, Hershey will provide to Callebaut an estimate of the twelve (12) month demand for the upcoming calendar year (January to December) by Product (the “Annual Estimate”).
