Common use of Operations Pursuant to Programs and Budgets Clause in Contracts

Operations Pursuant to Programs and Budgets. Except as otherwise provided in Section 8.13, and Article XII, Operations shall be conducted, expenses shall be incurred, and Assets shall be acquired only pursuant to adopted Programs and Budgets. Every Program and Budget adopted pursuant to this Agreement shall provide for accrual of reasonably anticipated Environmental Compliance expenses for all Operations contemplated under the Program and Budget. 50538524.8

Except as otherwise provided in Section 8.13, 8.8 and Article XII, Operations shall be conducted, expenses shall be incurred, and Assets shall be acquired only pursuant to adopted approved Programs and Budgets. Every Each Program and Budget adopted pursuant to this Agreement shall (a) provide for accrual of reasonably anticipated Environmental Compliance expenses for all Operations contemplated under the Program and Budget. 50538524.8Budget and (b) shall provide for the payment of all obligations of the Company under real property and equipment lease obligations.
