Operations Support Systems. Subject to the conditions set forth in the Additional Services Attachment, Verizon shall provide Z-Tel with access via electronic inter faces to databases required for pre- ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair, and billing. All such transactions shall be submitted by Z-Tel through such electronic interfaces.
