Common use of Operator entitled to proceed Clause in Contracts

Operator entitled to proceed. The Operator shall be entitled to commence and carry on the Operations referred to in Clause 3.1 subject to :- 3.3.1 such Operator having given all the notifications required by Clause 3.1 to be given in respect of such Operations; and 3.3.2 the consents to the Operator carrying on such Operations having been given by the persons mentioned in Clause 3.4.
