Operator II. The general duties of this classification shall include, but not be limited to, working as a member of a field staff and participates in developing and initiating short and long term preventative maintenance and operational work plans. Furthermore, incumbents participate in the planning of day-to-day activities in the areas of roads, parks, arenas and facilities. Incumbents would be expected to ensure that the resources required for assigned activities at multiple work sites are obtained as related to work in the areas of roads, parks, arenas and facilities. Incumbents also monitor preventative maintenance repair and emergency activities for all relevant municipal infrastructure. Incumbents work under general supervision and receive instructions verbally or in writing. Qualifications include Grade 12 or equivalent, may require a Class 3 License, may require “Air Brake Certification” and two (2) years related experience.

  • Employee Facilities Employee Facilities. Restrooms and attendant facilities shall be provided as required in the orders and regulations of the State of Washington Department of Labor and Industries. A good faith effort will be made by the Employer to provide facilities for employees’ personal belongings.

  • Shared Transport The Shared Transport Network Element (“Shared Transport”) provides the collective interoffice transmission facilities shared by various Carriers (including Qwest) between end-office switches and between end-office switches and local tandem switches within the Local Calling Area. Shared Transport uses the existing routing tables resident in Qwest switches to carry the End User Customer’s originating and terminating local/extended area service interoffice Local traffic on the Qwest interoffice message trunk network. CLEC traffic will be carried on the same transmission facilities between end- office switches, between end-office switches and tandem switches and between tandem switches on the same network facilities that Qwest uses for its own traffic. Shared Transport does not include use of tandem switches or transport between tandem switches and end-office switches for Local Calls that originate from end users served by non- Qwest Telecommunications Carriers (“Carrier(s)”) which terminate to QLSP End Users.

  • Operating Partnership Agreement The Operating Partnership Agreement, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit B, shall have been executed and delivered by the partners of the Operating Partnership and shall be in full force and effect and, except as contemplated by Section 2.03 or the other Formation Transaction Documents, shall not have been amended or modified.

  • Property Management Agreement The Property Management Agreement is in full force and effect and, to Borrower's Knowledge, there are no defaults thereunder by any party thereto and no event has occurred that, with the passage of time and/or the giving of notice would constitute a default thereunder.

  • Logistics The Client shall arrange their own transportation and accommodation, unless Client and Performer agree otherwise. If requested, the Performer shall arrange transport within Ostrava, and provide accommodation in a hotel.
