Operator in Charge. The Interconnection Member shall each identify an individual (by name or title) who will perform as “Operator in Charge” of the Facilities and the Interconnection Member portion of the Interconnection Facilities. This individual must be familiar with this Agreement as well as provisions of the Rules and any other agreements or regulations that may apply.
