Common use of Opinion Acknowledgment Clause in Contracts

Opinion Acknowledgment. Each of the parties hereto, with respect to such party, expressly consents to the rendering by its counsel of the opinion referred to in Section 4.1 (e) and acknowledges that such opinion shall be deemed to be rendered at the request and upon the instructions of such party.
