Common use of Option Charge Clause in Contracts

Option Charge. 2.1 The Option Fee shall be the Auction Clearing Price as determined in Section 3 of Schedule 2. 2.2 The Option Charge for each Payment Period in the Supply Period is the total of all charges below. 2.2.1 The sum of the Contracted Options nominated as Active Options multiplied by the Option Fee.
