Common use of Option Exercisability Clause in Contracts

Option Exercisability. If the Optionee’s employment with or service to the Company (“Service”) terminates for any reason other than for Cause, the Option shall continue to be exercisable pursuant to Section 4.1. If the Optionee’s Service is terminated for Cause, the Option shall terminate and cease to be exercisable immediately upon such termination of Service.
