Common use of OPTION EXERCISE FORM Clause in Contracts

OPTION EXERCISE FORM. The undersigned holder of an Option to purchase shares of Stock of CIFC Corp. pursuant to a Stock Option Award Agreement under its 2011 Stock Option and Incentive Plan hereby exercises his/her Option to purchase of such shares of Stock, at the Exercise Price of $ per share, in accordance with the terms and conditions of such Stock Option Award Agreement.

OPTION EXERCISE FORM. The undersigned holder of an Option to purchase shares of Stock of CIFC Deerfield Corp. pursuant to a Stock Option Award Agreement under its 2011 Stock Option and Incentive Plan hereby exercises his/her Option to purchase of such shares of Stock, at the Exercise Price of $ per share, in accordance with the terms and conditions of such Stock Option Award Agreement.
