Option III. Decides to continue and further strengthen the mandate of multilateral assessment for provision of financial resources, technology development and transfer, and capacity-building to developing countries during the International Assessment and Review process for developed country Parties, to ensure that commitments and the provision of such support by developed country Parties and other developed Parties included in Annex II are implemented, verified through a robust verification system, and meet the needs expressed and identified by developing country Parties, recalling the mandate from paragraph 26, Decision 2/CP.17, on revising the modalities and procedures of International Assessment and Review no later than 2016.
Option III. If no more than four (4) unit members retire during one fiscal year, their stipends may be paid in one lump sum no later than January 31 of the year following retirement.
Option III. Teacher Assistants who are non-renewed or are riffed, may cash in their sick days at $40.00 a day to a maximum of $800. Teacher Assistants wishing to participate in any option of the attendance incentive program must give notice on the appropriate Business Office form no later than June 30th to be eligible for payment under this provision.

  • Option B For the first 4 weeks of leave, the University will pay 100% of regular salary.

  • Option 2 Employees may choose to enroll in the Cigna Open Access Plus In Network (OAPIN) plan that allows for in network coverage only. The employee price tag will be 14% of the annual premium through December 31, 2016 according to the schedule in Appendix B-1, (15% for those hired on or after January 1, 2013); 15% as of January 1, 2017; and 15% as of January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2021. Beginning January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2021, the prescription co-pay structure shall be as follows: Cigna OAPIN: Retail – up to a 30 day supply - $10 for generic; $20 for formulary; $35 for non- formulary; Mail Order: - 90 day supply of maintenance prescriptions - $20 for generic; $40 for formulary; $70 for non- formulary. Also, the hospital emergency room co-pay will be $50 per visit and is waived if admitted.

  • Option 1 With receipts, an employee may be reimbursed for meal expenses up to $50.00 per day, including tax and gratuity, for three (3) meals, or when separate meals are claimed, eleven dollars ($11.00) for breakfast; fifteen dollars ($15.00) for lunch; and twenty-four dollars ($24.00) for dinner, all including tax and gratuity.

  • Option A For each week of leave up to the 13th week, inclusive, the University will pay 95% of the wages the employee otherwise would have received, less the maximum amount of weekly pay any individual is eligible to receive in accordance with the EIA (the “EI Max”), regardless of whether or not such amount is actually received by the employee. If the employee provides proof that their EIA entitlement is less than the EI Max, their weekly payment from the University will be 95% of the wages the employee otherwise would have received less the amount of their EIA entitlement.
