Option Personal Clause Samples
Option Personal. The option granted to Lessee herein is personal to Lessee and may not be exercised or assigned voluntarily or involuntarily, by or to any person or entity other than the original Lessee. The option herein granted to Lessee is not assignable separate and apart from the Lease. In the event that at the time this Option is exercisable by Lessee, the Lease has been assigned, or a sublease exists as to twenty percent (20%) or more of the Premises, this Option shall automatically terminate and become null and void, and Lessee, any assignee, or any sublessee, shall not have the right to exercise the Renewal Option.
Option Personal. The option to extend under this Addendum is applicable only for the original party signing the Lease as “Tenant” as of the date of the Lease and an assignee under a Permitted Transfer (as defined in section 14.1F of the Lease), but may not be relied upon or exercise by any other assignee, subtenant, transferee under a Transfer.
Option Personal. Each Option granted to Tenant is personal to the --------------- original Tenant executing this Lease and may be exercised only by the original Tenant executing this Lease while occupying the entire Premises (as expanded) and without the intent of thereafter assigning this Lease or subletting the Premises (as expanded) and may not be exercised or be assigned, voluntarily or involuntarily, by any person or entity other than the original Tenant executing this Lease. The Options, if any, granted to Tenant under this Lease are not assignable separate and apart from this Lease, nor may any Option be separated from this Lease in any manner, either by reservation or otherwise.
Option Personal. The Termination Option is personal to Accolade, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and may not be used by, and shall not be transferable or assignable (voluntarily or involuntarily) to any person or entity, except a Permitted Transferee which is an assignee of the Lease and which has satisfied the requirements of Sections 10.01 and 10.05 of this Lease. Option Personal. The Extension Option is personal to Tenant and may not be exercised or assigned, voluntarily or involuntarily, by, or to, any person or entity other than Tenant or an Affiliate of Tenant. The Extension Option is not assignable separate and apart from this Lease. In the event that, at the time the Extension Option is exercisable by Tenant, this Lease has been assigned, the Extension Option shall be deemed null and void and none of Tenant, any assignee, or any sublessee, shall have the right to exercise the Extension Option.

The Option granted to Tenant is personal to the original Tenant executing the Lease (the “Original Tenant”), and its Affiliates permitted under Section 11 of the Lease, and may be exercised only by the Original Tenant, or its Affiliates, while occupying the entire Premises and without the intent of thereafter assigning the Lease or subletting the Premises and may not be exercised or be assigned, voluntarily or involuntarily, by any person or entity other than the Original Tenant, or its Affiliates. The Option granted to Tenant under the Lease is not assignable separate and apart from the Lease, other than to an Affiliate pursuant to and in accordance with Section 11 of the Lease, nor may the Option be separated from the Lease in any manner, either by reservation or otherwise.
Option Personal. The Termination Option is personal to Metromile and may not be used by, and shall not be transferable or assignable (voluntarily or involuntarily) to any person or entity other than a Permitted Transferee which is an assignee of the Lease and which has satisfied the requirements of Sections 10.01 and 10.05 of this Lease.

The Termination Option is personal to Argonaut and may not be exercised by, and shall not be transferable or assignable (voluntarily or involuntarily) to any other person or entity other than a Permitted Transferee which is an assignee of the Lease and which has satisfied the requirements of Sections 10.01 and 10.05 of this Lease, and such Permitted Transferee may exercise the right without Tenant joining in or consenting to such exercise, and notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Tenant shall remain liable for all obligations under the Lease, including those resulting from any such exercise with the same force and effect as if Tenant had joined in such exercise.

The option herein granted to Lessee is not assignable separate and apart from the Lease. In the event that at the time this Option is exercisable by Lessee, the Lease has been assigned, or a sublease exists as to twenty percent (20%) or more of the Premises (except for an assignment or sublease to a Qualified Financial Institution), this Option shall automatically terminate and become null and void and Lessee, any assignee, or any sublessee, shall not have the right to exercise the Renewal Option.
