Common use of Option Prices Clause in Contracts

Option Prices. a. Unless the Government exercises its option pursuant to the option clause referenced in ARTICLE I.1. GENERAL CLAUSES FOR A COST PLUS FIXED FEE RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT, the contract consists only of the Base Period specified in the Statement of Work as defined in SECTIONS C and F, for the price set forth in ARTICLE B.2. of the contract. b.
