Optional Redemption Procedures. (a) The provisions of Article XII of the Base Indenture shall apply in the case of a redemption pursuant to Article Four solely for the benefit of the Holders of the Notes; provided that this Section 4.3 shall not become part of the terms of any other series of Securities: (i) clause (2) of the second paragraph of Section 1204 of the Base Indenture shall be superseded by the following language:
