Optional Security Procedures Sample Clauses

The "Optional Security Procedures" clause defines the framework by which parties may agree to implement additional or alternative security measures beyond those that are mandatory under the contract. This clause typically allows the parties to mutually select, adopt, or modify specific security protocols—such as encryption standards, authentication methods, or data access controls—based on their unique operational needs or evolving risks. Its core practical function is to provide flexibility and adaptability in addressing security concerns, ensuring that the contract can accommodate technological changes or heightened security requirements without necessitating a full contract amendment.
