Common use of Optional Service Categories Clause in Contracts

Optional Service Categories. The awarded Offeror may or may not offer these categories. Participating Entities reserve the right to determine to incorporate any of the optional categories into a Participating Addendum. If the optional categories are offered by the awarded Offeror, the terms and conditions, scope of work and hourly rates shall be negotiated during the Participating Addendum process. Optional services must be provided as a standalone service without the need to place an order for furniture. Contractor must provide a not to exceed quote for optional services prior to commencing work. Contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, borough, and local regulations, codes, and laws, and be liable for all required insurance, licenses, permits, bonds, taxes, inspections, and prevailing wage requirements. i. Software that enhances the awarded product categories. ii. Recycling or Donation/Reuse Programs iii. Work from Home Programs iv. Lease Options Contractor may provide the following rental/financing options, including, but not limited to lump sum payment, installment sale, rental and the option to lease any office furniture, supplies, materials and services. Contractor will identify its rental/lease partner(s). Any Purchasing Entity may choose to work with a Contractor’s lease partner or obtain other financing or work with other leasing entities of the Purchasing Entity’s choice. v.
