Common use of Options and Other Stock Rights Clause in Contracts

Options and Other Stock Rights. Except as set forth in Section 4.6 of the Company Disclosure Schedule, there is no (i) outstanding option, warrant, call, unsatisfied preemptive right or other agreement of any kind to purchase or otherwise to receive from the Company any of the outstanding, authorized but unissued, unauthorized or treasury shares of Company Common Stock, or any other security of the Company, (ii) outstanding security of any kind convertible into any security of the Company, and (iii) outstanding contract or other agreement to purchase, redeem or otherwise acquire any outstanding shares of Company Common Stock, or any other security of the Company.
