OptiPoint Reconfiguration Charge. If a new configuration is requested after the initial activation, CenturyLink will charge an OptiPoint Reconfiguration Charge on a per service basis. The OptiPoint Reconfiguration Charge is in addition to all applicable Configuration Card charges associated with the new configuration.
