Common use of Orbital Position Clause in Contracts

Orbital Position. The Satellite shall be maintained in the orbital position assigned to it by the Telecommunications Authority pursuant to the relevant Telecommunications Approval at eighty degrees West Longitude (80(degree) W.L.).
