Common use of Order control Clause in Contracts

Order control. The Processor implements the following measures to procure that Personal Data can only be Processed in accordance with the instructions of the Controller: • Personal Data will only be used for the purposes defined in the Contract. • As between the Parties, the Controller reserves all rights, ownership and interest in its Personal Data. No rights to the Controller’s Personal Data are provided, with the exception of the rights granted by the Controller.
