Common use of Order Execution Policy Clause in Contracts

Order Execution Policy. 12.7.1 We provide you with price quotes and you may place Orders on the basis of those price quotes. Under the Financial Transaction and Reporting Act, 2018, INFINOX is required to take all reasonable steps to obtain the best possible result (or “best execution”) on behalf of our clients when we transmit orders to our liquidity providers for execution. When selecting the venue on which to transmit trades, INFINOX will take reasonable measures to ensure that the selected venue obtains the best possible trading result for you. 12.7.2 We operate an Order Execution Policy which forms part of the Agreement. Therefore, by entering into an Agreement with INFINOX, you are also agreeing to the terms of our Order Execution Policy.
