The Merchant (Customer) undertakes to comply with all the terms and conditions of this contract and all laws relevant to the subject matter of this contract.
Procurement of Goods and Services (a) If the HSP is subject to the procurement provisions of the BPSAA, the HSP will abide by all directives and guidelines issued by the Management Board of Cabinet that are applicable to the HSP pursuant to the BPSAA.
(b) If the HSP is not subject to the procurement provisions of the BPSAA, the HSP will have a procurement policy in place that requires the acquisition of supplies, equipment or services valued at over $25,000 through a competitive process that ensures the best value for funds expended. If the HSP acquires supplies, equipment or services with the Funding it will do so through a process that is consistent with this policy.
VENDOR OMBUDSMAN Pursuant to section 215.422(7), Florida Statutes, the Florida Department of Financial Services has established a Vendor Ombudsman, whose duties and responsibilities are to act as an advocate for vendors who may have problems obtaining timely payments from state agencies.
Data Services In lieu of any other rates or discounts, the Customer will receive a discount equal to 15% for the following Data Services: Access: Standard VBS3 Guide local loop charges for DS-1 Access Service.
Procurement of Goods Part A: General Goods shall be procured in accordance with the provisions of Section I of the "Guidelines for Procurement under IBRD Loans and ▇▇▇ Credits" published by the Bank in January 1995 and revised in January 1996 (the Guidelines) and the following provisions of this Section, as applicable. Part B: International Competitive Bidding
