Common use of ORDER PROCEDURE Clause in Contracts

ORDER PROCEDURE. a. Each order for Products issued by Distributor to Meeteasy under this Agreement shall identify that it is an order and shall further set forth the delivery date or dates and the description and quantity of Products which are to be delivered on each of such dates. An order for Products shall not provide a delivery date less than 30 days after the date that order is delivered to Meeteasy. b. The individual contracts for the sale of Products formed by Distributor's submission of orders to Meeteasy pursuant to the terms and conditions hereof shall automatically incorporate, to the extent applicable, the terms and conditions hereof, shall be subject only to those terms and conditions and shall not be subject to any conflicting or additional terms included in any documents exchanged in connection therewith.

Each order for placed on Products issued by that the Distributor issues to Meeteasy Company under this Agreement shall identify state that it is an order and shall further set forth clarify or expressly note the delivery date or dates and the specific description and quantity volume of Products which are to be transported and delivered on each of such the specified dates. An order placed for Products shall not provide set a delivery date less than 30 [NUMBER] days after the date that order is made effective and delivered to Meeteasy. b. Company. The individual contracts for the sale of Products formed by Distributor's submission of orders established after Distributor has forwarded order to Meeteasy pursuant to Company in compliance with the terms and conditions hereof of this Agreement shall automatically naturally incorporate, to the extent applicablefor as long as appropriate, the terms and conditions hereofset forth herein, shall be subject governed only to by those terms and conditions and shall not be subject affected by any contradictory or supplemental provisions added to any conflicting or additional terms included in any documents exchanged in connection therewithdocuments.
