Ordering and Preparation of Collocation Space. 6.1 Should any state or federal regulatory agency impose procedures or intervals applicable to DSLi that are different from procedures or intervals set forth in this section, whether now in effect or that become effective after execution of this Agreement, those procedures or intervals shall supersede the requirements set forth herein for that jurisdiction for all applications submitted for the first time after the effective date thereof.
