Ordering and Preparation of Collocation Space. 6.1 If any state or federal regulatory agency imposes intervals applicable to PTLLC that are different from intervals set forth in this section, whether now in effect or that become effective after execution of this Agreement, those intervals shall supersede the requirements set forth herein for that jurisdiction for all applications submitted for the first time after the effective date thereof.
