Common use of Ordering Rules Clause in Contracts

Ordering Rules. Anything contained in this Agreement to the contrary notwithstanding, allocations for any Fiscal Period or other period of nonrecourse deductions (as described in Section 1.704-2(b) of the Treasury Regulations) or partner nonrecourse deductions (as described in Section 1.704-2(i) of the Treasury Regulations), or of items required to be allocated pursuant to the minimum gain chargeback requirements contained in Sections 6.4(b)(iii) and 6.4(b)(iv), shall be made before any other allocations hereunder.
