Ordering Rules. Any other provision of this Agreement notwithstanding, allocations for any taxable year or other period of nonrecourse deductions and Holder Nonrecourse Deductions (pursuant to the foregoing Section B3) or of items required to be allocated pursuant to the minimum gain chargeback requirements contained in the foregoing Section B1 and Section B2, shall be made before any other allocations under this Agreement.
