Common use of Orders Binding Clause in Contracts

Orders Binding. An Order becomes binding on Client upon its receipt by Corpay Singapore and receipt creates an obligation on Client to settle the Order. Any Losses in connection with Client’s failure to settle an Order are the sole responsibility of Client.
