Common use of Orders Generally Clause in Contracts

Orders Generally. All Orders are subject to the terms of this Agreement and are not binding until accepted by Confluent. Orders created by Customer through the Confluent Cloud website are deemed accepted when Confluent or its designee provides access to the service environment selected by Customer. All Orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable (except as expressly stated in this Agreement).
