ORDERS IN WRITING. .01 All orders to a permanent employee involving any change in location or assignment, promotion, demotion, dismissal, layoff, disciplinary action and leave of absence shall be stated in writing, copy of such orders being supplied to the shop committee. .02 Employees whose period of temporary-term employment is terminated will be given orders in writing covering such termination and a copy of such orders will be supplied to the local Union.
