Common use of ORDERS UNDER THE CONTRACT Clause in Contracts

ORDERS UNDER THE CONTRACT. All orders, notices etc. to be given under the contract shall be in writing, typescript or printed and if sent by registered post to the address given in tender of the contractor, shall be deemed to have been on the date when in ordinary course they would have been delivered to him. The contractor shall carry out without delay all orders given to him.
