Ordinary Working Hours. 7.1.1 The ordinary working hours for a full time employee will be an average of 76 hours within a fortnight. 7.1.2 The ordinary working hours for a part time employee will be a minimum of 36 but less than 76 ordinary hours per fortnight. 7.1.3 The ordinary working hours of work for a casual employee will be less than an average of 36 hours per fortnight.
