Common use of Organisation of the curriculum Clause in Contracts

Organisation of the curriculum. We reserve the right to organise the curriculum and its delivery in a way which, in the professional judgement of the Head, is most appropriate to the School community as a whole. The curriculum includes teaching which actively promotes the fundamental British values of democracy, the rule of law, individual liberty, and mutual respect for and tolerance of those with different faiths and beliefs. We will endeavour to inform the Parents of significant changes to the curriculum and the reasons for them as soon as practicable.
