Organization and Continuation Application of Act. (a) Organization and Continuation of Partnership. The General -------------------------------------------- Partner and the Limited Partners do hereby continue, and ratify the formation of, the Partnership as a limited partnership according to all of the terms and provisions of this Agreement and otherwise in accordance with the Act. The General Partner is the sole general partner of the Partnership.
