Organization, Authority and Status of Lessor. (i) Lessor has been duly organized and is validly existing and in good standing under the laws of the State of Massachusetts. All necessary corporate action has been taken to authorize the execution, delivery and performance by Lessor of this Lease and the other documents, instruments and agreements provided for herein. (ii) The person who has executed this Lease on behalf of Lessor is duly authorized so to do.
