Common use of Original Maturity Date Clause in Contracts

Original Maturity Date. Except as otherwise set forth in Paragraph 2(b) below, (i) if the entire principal amount of the Loan is disbursed all at one time, the Loan shall be due and payable, in full, on the fourth anniversary of the date of disbursement, or (ii) if the Loan is disbursed in more than one Draw, each Draw shall be due and payable, in full, on the fourth anniversary of the date of disbursement of such Draw. Each Loan or Draw due date described in clauses (i) and (ii) above are hereinafter referred to as an "Original Maturity Date".
